Presentation: how does our credit billing system work?
The credit billing system gives you total flexibility to adapt the capacities of your Wimi according to your needs.
Thanks to the credit system you only pay for what you consume. The rate at which your credits are consumed depends solely on the number of active users on your Wimi (excluding guests who are free).
Concrete example of consumption of credits on Wimi
Mr. Dupond subscribes to Wimi Drive for 10 users at 9€ excl. taxes / month / user for a period of one year. The amount paid is 1080 euros excl. taxes (10 x 9€ x 12 months). His Wimi account then has 1080 credits.
3 hypotheses:
Mr. Dupond does not change his number of users during the period.- His subscription will last 12 months.
- His subscription will last 6 months because his credits will be consumed 2 times faster.
- His subscription will last 24 months because his credits will be consumed 2 times slower.
Thus, your initial subscription period changes according to the number of active users on Wimi.
What are the two types of users within Wimi?
The User, Manager and Administrator user types are billed. They are internal users of your organization.
The Guest users are free and unlimited providing that they are external to your organization. A guest is a type of user who is not part of your organization. Example: a client, a prospect, a supplier, a freelance, etc.
