      How to define a storage quota on existing workspaces?

      • Click the gear wheel in Wimi Preferences, then click Settings.
      • Go to the Uses section, click on Details, to the right of "Storage currently in use".
      • Click on the Pencil pictogram of a workspace.
      • Enter a value.
      • Click on Validate.

      NB: The amount of storage space is taken into account instantly.

      How to define a storage quota for future spaces created?

      • Click the gear wheel in Wimi Preferences, then click Settings.
      • Go to the USES section, click on the Pencil next to "Quota by space (default)".
      • Enter a value and click OK.

      NB: This quota will be applied to the new spaces created.
