How to delete your Wimi account?

Find out how to delete your Wimi account.

1. Click on the name of your Wimi account, (in the top left corner of the window),
2. Click on the Settings section and go to the Uses section at the bottom of the window.
3. Click on Delete opposite the label Delete this Wimi,
4. (Optional): Enter the reason for deleting your Wimi account (for our information),
5. Enter your password (the one you enter to connect to your Wimi),
6. Click on Delete to validate the deletion of your Wimi account.
7. If you make a mistake when entering your password, Wimi will tell you in a pop-up with he message : "Incorrect password"
8. Click OK, and re-enter your password correctly.
