I cannot make critical or strategic decisions for users. I provide information and suggestions, but the final decisions must be made by the users.

4. **Access non-integrated external systems**:
I cannot access external systems or platforms that are not integrated with Wimi.

5. **Perform complex tasks requiring human expertise**:
Some tasks require human expertise, such as in-depth analysis of complex data or consideration of subjective factors.

To make searching your Recent Conversations easier and more precise, you can use the keyword search field, accessible via the magnifying glass icon :

3. Enter your keywords, 
4. Start the search by clicking on the magnifying glass at the end of the keyword line,
5. Wimi Neo will instantly display conversations that include your keywords,

9. How can I change the title of a question recorded by Wimi Neo?

You can modify or change the title of a question recorded by Wimi Neo by accessing recent conversations.

1. Click / Touch on the “Pencil” icon

10. How do I delete a question registered in Wimi Neo?

Delete recent conversations of your choice to clean up your list and keep only the essentials.

Go to the Recent Conversations history, by clicking on the icon. 

From a computer in the Wimi WebApp.

1. Click on the CROSS icon to the right of the question name,

1. Press and hold (1 to 2 seconds) on the conversation you wish to delete,
   a colored dot with a white notch will appear to the left of the conversation name, indicating its selection,

11. Information and interaction with Wimi Neo

When selecting recent conversations, Wimi Neo displays these icons: 

1. The magnifying glass icon in the keyword search field, 
   
2. The icon for displaying the entire conversation,
   
3. The Ticked icon indicates the number of readers (collaborators) who have read your request to Wimi Neo, if your conversation is visible in the General Channel, readable by all collaborators,
   
4. The double arrow icon allows you to reply to Wimi Neo

12. Wimi Neo technical specifications

Wimi Neo uses the natural language processing (NLP) model from Mistral AI, a French company.

This service returns the best statistical probability to answer the question.

The model used is the “LARGE”: the second most powerful in the world today in terms of API.

This model isn't connected to the Internet, and won't be able to tell you tomorrow's weather forecast or which team just won the championship.

It is optimized to answer “broad” questions.

We're currently working on a standard NLP model, which means that, like ChatGPT, there are a few limitations:

• No image generation
• Model not natively optimized for code
• No voice input or output
• No information reprocessing
• Not connected to the Internet in real time
• The service may occasionally experience hallucinations or inconsistencies.

a. Specific features of data processing and security

• Prompts are encrypted with AES 256.
• Prompts are sent to Mistral AI anonymously and are not used for model training.
• Prompts stored at Mistral AI are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Prompts are stored on Mistral AI servers in Sweden.
